Customers may submit a complaint either in writing or verbally. Upon receipt of a complaint, our staff will request to speak directly with the customer to better understand the issue. An in-person meeting at the company's office will be offered as an option, if appropriate and convenient.
3. Review and Discussion Process
Our review process includes the following steps:
